information that was stored in RAM is lost when the computer is turned off.
Read Only Memory (ROM):
Read-only memory or ROM is a form of data storage in computers and other electronic
devices that can not be easily altered or reprogrammed. It is non-volatile
memory and the contents are retained even after the power is switched off.
Processor:
The processor is the brains of your computer. It is the chip that performs all of the calculations and operations necessary to make your computer run.
The hard drive is the computer's main storage media device that permanently stores all data on the computer.
